"LITE GRUBBIN'..." Smoked Jalapeno Caesar- $5.50 Suggested beers: Imperial Pale or Old Seattle Lager Crisp Romaine tossed in a tangy smoked jalapeno dressing topped with ancho corn tortilla strips and crumbled cotija cheese.
Organic Field Greens- $5.75 Suggested beers: Portage Bay Pilsener or Old Seattle Lager Fresh organic greens tossed with a taragon/Dijon and strawberry champagne vinaigrette topped with crumbled French feta and toasted pistachios.

Lil' Jolly Royal Combo - $5.50 Suggested beers: Imperial IPA or Islander Pale Dry-Hopped Same two bite-size little burgers as in the Lil' Jolly Combo above but these are further enhanced with grilled smoked onions and American cheese.

Po' Lil' Oyster Combo - $5.95 Suggested beers: Flagship Alt or Portage Bay Pilsener We served two of these guys just like the Mahi's above but we use fresh Puget Sound Oysters which are lightly breaded then pan fried to a golden brown. Unique and delicious.
Additional Beverages offered include Sparkling Water, Soda, Lemonade, Iced Tea, and Coffee.

Summer Salad with Grilled Salmon-$7.75 Fresh Alaskan salmon lightly seasoned and fire grilled tender. Served atop organic spring mix salad tossed in a peach-jalapeno vinaigrette with cherry tomatoes, shaved fennel and pan toasted pepitos. Served with an Essential Bakery honey-orange roll.

Mediterranean Philly- $8.95 Thinly sliced beef and seasoned fresh ground lamb sauteed with red onions, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts and Kalamata olives in a rosemary-balsamic demi-glace, then topped with crumbled feta. Served in a Tall Grass baguette roll.
Chicken Marsala Broiler- $8.50 Boneless chicken breast fire-grilled and topped with a sun dried tomato and smoked shitake mushroom relish sprinkled with fresh grated parmesan cheese. Served on an Essential Bakery ciabatta roll with Marsala aioli.
Mexican Heirloom Caprese- $8.95 Fresh heirloom tomatoes layered with Mexican Oaxaca cheese, roasted pascilla peppers and fried avacado slices. Topped with a fire roasted tomatillo vinaigrette and served on an Essential Bakery focaccia round.
Thai Curry Pork Sandwich-$8.50 Fresh pork cutlet marinated in our house made Thai yellow curry sauce then fire grilled and served on an Essential Bakery Varese bun. Topped with fresh cherry-sambal slaw and toasted cashews.
Grilled Roast Beef Sandwich-$8.95 Grilled thin slices of roast beef topped with melted dill-havarti cheese and pearl onion-asparagus saute. Served on a toasted Tall Grass hominy bread with a fresh blackberry-horseradish cream.

Cold Duck On Fresh Greens- $9.95 Cherry glazed duck pan seared and roasted to perfection, then chilled, sliced and served on a mixed bed of fresh endive, radicchio and spring greens tossed with a duck reduction vinaigrette and topped with toasted hazelnuts.
Heirloom Tomato Salad- $8.95 Slices of fresh local heirloom tomatoes lightly sprinkled with our sun dried smoked sea salt and served around a sweet onion and garlic confit.
Caribbean Sauteed Clams and Mussels-$9.95 Local fresh clams and Penn Cove mussels sauteed in a fumet of jerk spices, bitter orange and Hefeweizen with onions and leeks then garnished with papaya, mango slices and oven dried papaya seeds.

Fresh Alaskan Halibut- $16.95 Fresh pan roasted halibut topped with toasted macadamia nuts then mounted with a Flagship/black plum/tarragon compound butter.
Dry Rubbed Sirloin Steak- $18.95 Organic center cut sirloin steak rubbed with our mixture of dried chilies, brown sugar, and spices, then fire grilled to your specification. Served on a bed of fresh watermelon chow chow and finished with a Nightwatch/blackberry reduction.
Giant Stuffed Prawns- $16.95 Broiled jumbo prawns stuffed with fire grilled peach/Cambozola cheese. Served with a cilantro and roasted habenero creme fraiche.
Mole BBQ Pork Tenderloin-$16.95 Boneless pork tenderloin brushed with our Mole BBQ sauce then fire grilled to your specification. Served with a fresh local stonefruit salsa.
All above entrees served with an herbed couscous with currants and steamed asparagus. Fresh Salmon Sandwich-$15.95 Fresh Alaskan salmon dusted with our house-made curry spice then pan seared to a golden brown. Topped with a pickled cucumber/onion relish on an Essential Bakery potato demi baguette with a coconut milk/lemongrass aioli. Served with our fresh-cut seasoned fries.
