Welcome to the Jolly Roger Taproom's Chef's List. Chef Dave Miller II has incorporated Maritime Pacific's fine ales and lagers into our menus for intriguing combinations of food and beverage.  We are now open for both Lunch and Dinner, six days a week, Monday through Saturday. Come by for a fresh pint and a good meal at one of Seattle's newest and best-kept secrets: the Jolly Roger Taproom at Maritime Pacific Brewing Company!





The Jolly Roger Taproom is now open for LUNCH and DINNER,  Monday through Saturday!! Lunch served from 11AM to 3PM, Dinner served 5PM to 10PM(11PM SAT) See the new Lunch Menu , Lunch Specials as of 7/18/08 and  Dinner Menu  below... 7/24/08. Come see us Sundays for a special menu served 12 Noon to 8PM.

LUNCH MENU

"LITE GRUBBIN'..."
Smoked Jalapeno Caesar-
$5.50
Suggested beers:  Imperial Pale or Old Seattle Lager
Crisp Romaine tossed in a tangy smoked jalapeno dressing topped with ancho corn tortilla strips and crumbled cotija cheese.

Baby Spinach- $5.75
Suggested beers:  Portage Bay Pilsener or Old Seattle Lager
Fresh baby spinach tossed with our house-made Imperial IPA Roquefort dressing, button mushrooms and crisp pancetta bits.

Add Grilled Chicken to one of the salads above-  $1.50

"GRUBBIN' COMBOS..."
(All Lunch Combos below come with a choice of our Fresh-cut Seasoned Fries or our Caesar Salad).

Lil' Jolly Combo - $4.95
Suggested beers:  Nightwatch Dark Amber or Islander Pale Dry-Hopped
Two of our bite-size little burgers made from fresh ground beef, lightly seasoned and served on our own Lil' Jolly buns.

Lil' Jolly Royal Combo - $5.50
Suggested beers:  Imperial IPA or Islander Pale Dry-Hopped
Same two bite-size little burgers as in the Lil' Jolly Combo above but these are further enhanced with grilled smoked onions and American cheese.

(All Lil' Jollys and Lil' Jolly Royals come with choice of Sauces:  1) Jolly Roger Habanero BBQ, 2) Nightwatch Stone-ground Mustard, 3) Roasted Fresno chili Aioli, or 4) Sweet & Smokey ESB BBQ.)

Lil' Mahi Combo - $5.95
Suggested beers:  Nightwatch Dark Amber or Islander Pale Dry-Hopped
Two of our bite-sized little fish sandwiches made with fresh Mahi-Mahi, pan seared and served on our Lil' Jolly buns with roasted jalapeno tartar and shredded Savoy cabbage.

Po' Lil' Oyster Combo - $5.95
Suggested beers:  Flagship Alt or Portage Bay Pilsener
We served two of these guys just like the Mahi's above but we use fresh Puget Sound Oysters which are lightly breaded then pan fried to a golden brown.  Unique and delicious.

Additional Beverages offered include Sparkling Water, Soda, Lemonade,  Iced Tea, and Coffee.

LUNCH SPECIALS

Mediterranean Steak Salad-$8.95
Fresh romaine hearts with vine ripened tomatos, red onions, sliced green olives and feta cheese, tossed with rosemary roasted pepper vinaigrette. Topped with grilled steak and pine nuts.

Sandwiches & More

Beef and Blue Philly- $8.95
Thinly sliced beef sauteed with fresh sweet onions and sliced asparagus spears then seasoned with our house made steak sauce and gorgonzola cheese. Served on a fresh Tall Grass Bakery baguette roll.

Heirloom Tomato Caprese Sandwich - $8.50
Sliced organic heirloom tomatoes topped with fresh mozarella and a house made cipollini onion and fresh basil-artichoke relish. Served on La Panzanella foccacia with local fresh cherry-balsamic vinaigrette.

Jerk Fish Taco- $8.95
Fresh albacore, dry rubbed with our own jerk spices then pan seared. Served over Cuban black beans on a fresh flour tortilla with shredded cabbage topped with Caribbean fruits.

Grilled Steak Sandwich-$9.95
Fire grilled strip steak topped with Asiago cheese and an Italian fire roasted tomato relish. Served on La Panzanella soft baguette with a cilantro horseradish aioli.

Black Forest Ham Sandwich-$8.25
Thin slices of Black Forest ham grilled and topped with Swiss cheese and a country apple slaw. Served on a toasted Essential Bakery multi-grain bread with Flagship Red Ale mustard.

Spanish Chicken Grill-$8.75
Grilled chicken breast flame broiled and topped with Spanish chorizo and melted pepper-jack cheese. Served on Essential Bakery's Kaiser roll with a pimento remoulade.

All Sandwiches come with your choice of our fresh-cut seasoned fries or our Caesar salad

Fresh fried Blue & Gold corn chips served with Two of our house made Salsas, a green chili verde and a fresh tomato, Habanero rojo salsa.

Fresh cut fries tossed with sea salt, fresh herbs, and a hint of malt vinegar.

Smokers - $4.95
Suggested beers:  Bosun's Black Porter (Nitro) or Jolly Roger Ale
Hand-cut applewood-smoked onion rings battered in our Jolly Roger Ale and fried to a golden brown, served with our roasted jalapeño tartar.

Lil' Jollys - each $1.25 or 3 for $3.25
Suggested beers:  Nightwatch Dark Amber or Islander Pale Dry-Hopped

DINNER MENU  
(Our Dinner Entree Menu, served from 5:00 to 10:00 p.m., changes every few weeks.  Below are our current offerings...)

-Appetizers-

Kalbi Ribs- $8.95
Seasoned beef short ribs, fire-grilled, served atop a sweet onion and radish relish with a Yakima peach adobo.

Thai Clams and Mussels- $9.95
Local fresh clams and Penn Cove mussels sauteed with Thai vegetables and fried tofu. Finished with IPA green coconut curry and topped with Macadamia nuts.
                                  -Entrees-

Smoked Duck Breasts- $17.95
Lightly smoked duck breasts, flame broiled and served on savoy, smoked gouda and green apple slaw tossed in a light Hefeweizen dressing. Finished with a Fresno chili oil then topped with toasted almonds.

Pork Tenderloin- $17.95
Pork loin, fire grilled then brushed with a green peppercorn and basalmic glaze. Served with a bing cherry and Nightwatch Ale compote and topped with fresh lavender and goat cheese.
 
Prawns and Scallops- $18.95
Sauteed prawns and sea scallops served with a confit of roasted garlic, shallots, and Pilsener on a bed of heirloom tomatoes. Finished with a chiffenade of fresh basil and picholine olives.
 
Albacore Tuna-$16.95
Fresh albacore tuna, pan seared and sauced with a cucumber-saffron sabayon. Served on a bed of organic greens tossed with Islander Pale vinaigrette, crispy ginger, and jicama chips.

Veal Scallopini- $17.95
Thin slices of farm raised veal dusted with rosemary scented flour, then pan roasted to a golden brown and sauteed with a crisp prosciutto, grape tomatoes, artichoke hearts and a touch of lemon. Finished with mozarella cheese and fresh sage.

All above entrees served with sauteed French beans and roasted vegetable polenta.

Ribeye Steak Sandwich-$16.95
6 oz. choice ribeye steak, flame broiled to your specification and topped with a carmalized sweet onion-roasted tomatillo relish and melted triple cream brie. Served on a country baguette with a chipotle-Flagship rouille, accompanied by our fresh-cut seasoned fries.

Due to our limited size, we will work to please you as best we can, but sorry "No Substitutions".
