Welcome to the Jolly Roger Taproom's Chef's List. Chef Dave Miller II has incorporated Maritime Pacific's fine ales and lagers into our menus for intriguing combinations of food and beverage.  We are now open for both Lunch and Dinner, six days a week, Monday through Saturday. Come by for a fresh pint and a good meal at one of Seattle's newest and best-kept secrets: the Jolly Roger Taproom at Maritime Pacific Brewing Company!





The Jolly Roger Taproom is now open for LUNCH and DINNER,  Monday through Saturday!! Lunch served from 11AM to 4PM, Dinner served 5PM to 10PM(11PM SAT) See the new Lunch Menu , Lunch Specials as of 2/22/10and  Dinner Menu  below... 2/20/10. Come see us Sundays for a special menu served 12 Noon to 8PM.

LUNCH MENU

"LITE GRUBBIN'..."
Smoked Jalapeno Caesar-
$5.75
Suggested beers:  Imperial Pale or Old Seattle Lager
Crisp romaine tossed with queso cotija, ancho tortilla croutons, and house made smoked jalapeno vinaigrette.

Organic Baby Spinach- $5.75
Suggested beers: Nightwatch Dark Amber or Islander Pale
Sauteed shitake mushrooms, crisp sopprasetta, and tender spinach tossed in porter balsamic with Spanish onions and chevre.

Grilled Romaine-$5.95
Suggested beers: Flagship Red Ale or Salmon Bay Bitter
Flash grilled hearts of romaine dressed with alt ale and sweet pepper vinaigrette, fresh tomatoes, toasted pine nuts, and crumbled Roquefort.

Add Grilled Chicken to one of the salads above-  $1.50

Lil' Jolly Combo - $5.25
Two of our bite-size little burgers made from fresh ground beef, lightly seasoned and served on our own Lil' Jolly buns.

Lil' Jolly Royal Combo - $5.95
Same two bite-size little burgers as in the Lil' Jolly Combo above but these are further enhanced with grilled smoked onions and American cheese.

(All Lil' Jollys and Lil' Jolly Royals come with choice of Sauces:  1) Jolly Roger Habanero BBQ, 2) Nightwatch Stone-ground Mustard, 3) Sweet hot-pickle Aioli, or 4) Chocolate Porter BBQ.)

Lil' Mahi Combo - $6.50
Two of our bite-sized little fish sandwiches made with fresh Mahi-Mahi, pan seared and served on our Lil' Jolly buns with roasted jalapeno tartar and shredded Savoy cabbage.

Po' Lil' Oyster Combo - $6.50
We serve two of these guys just like the Mahi's above but we use fresh Puget Sound Oysters which are lightly breaded then pan fried to a golden brown.  Unique and delicious.

Additional Beverages offered include Sparkling Water, Soda, Lemonade,  Iced Tea, and Coffee.

Char-broiled chicken breast, black forest ham, and sharp Swiss cheese.Served on a Kaiser roll with roasted garlic-chive aioli and balsamic grilled onions.

Texas Smoked Brisket- $8.95
Tender beef brisket, smoked corn-pascilla pepper slaw served atop a ciabatta roll with a ghost chili-cilantro creme.

Ballard Way Reuben- $9.25
Shaved corned beef, sharp Swiss, and bacon sauerkraut served on a grilled marble rye with Imperial Russian dressing.

Nightwatch Steak Sandwich-$9.75
Char-broiled strip loin with sage sauteed mushrooms, fennel, and fresh sage. Served on a rustic baguette with aged white cheddar.

Taproom Italian Grinder-$8.50
Shaved black forest ham, spicy capicola, sopprasetta, and smoked provolone oven baked in an Italian roll. Finished with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and pepperoncini-balsamic vinaigrette. 

Mediterranean Philly- $9.50
Shaved rib-eye, crisp prosciutto, country olives, and feta cheese. Served in a rustic baguette with rosemary-caper dijonaise.

Hand-cut onion rings smoked with applewood and hops, double breaded and fried. Served with a roasted jalapeno tartar sauce.

Beer Batter Bacon- $5.75

Pepper bacon dipped in a dark amber and ghost chili batter and fried crisp. Served with maple-chive aioli.

Smoked Oysters on the 1/2 Shell- $6.95
Six fresh local house-smoked oysters served with lemon-I.P.A. mignonette.

Clams & Mussels in Miso- $7.95
Penn Cove mussels and manila clams sauteed with marinated tofu, shitake mushrooms, and baby bok choy in a light wasabi miso.

Smoked Pork Loin Medallions$6.95
Christmas ale cured pork smoked with applewood and hops. Served with a warm apple-fig chutney.

Grilled Giant Prawns- $18.95
Char-broiled prawns with smoked jalapeno-navel orange butter. Served atop smoked hominy polenta and finished with Penn Cove mussel pico de gallo.

Moroccon Chicken- $16.95
Oven roasted bone-in breast of chicken glazed with North African spices and finished with green olives and preserved lemons. Served with sun dried apricot and pistachio cous-cous.
 
Smoked Razor Clams- $17.25
House smoked, buttermilk marinated, and encrusted in Togarashi laced corn meal. Topped with walnut-stilton crumble and served with fried tomato grits.
 
Roasted Lamb Loin-$17.50
Oven roasted with a mustard seed crust and sauced with tarragon, horseradish, and Dijon cream. Served with truffle-sage roasted fingerling potatoes.

Calamari Cannelloni-$15.75
Calamari tubes stuffed with Petrale Sole and green peppercorn-herbed marscapone. Served atop a brown butter tossed squid ink pappardelle with Parmesean Reggiano.

Amarillo Flank Steak-$18.50
Char-broiled and encrusted with Amarillo chili. Served atop smoked hominy polenta and finished with green apple-pale ale chipotle relish.

Butcher Cut Top Sirloin-$19.50
Char-broiled baseball cut sirloin with fresh thyme and forest-mushroom-porter cream. Served with truffle-sage roasted fingerling potatoes and a fennel gratin.

Pork Tenderloin Sandwich-$15.50
Coriander rubbed tenderloin, pan roasted and served on a soft Italian roll with yellow sun dried tomato sauce. Served with our house cut planks.

Due to our limited size, we will work to please you as best we can, but sorry "No Substitutions".
